Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the academic sector.

Understand the unique needs and challenges of educational institutions and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Designs sales strategies to secure new leads by identifying prospects. Sales calls, strategic evaluation, presentation and proposal coordination, inoffice demos, direct mail promotions, and followup action all fall under this category.
Promoting student advocacy.
Should monitor and coordinate Sales team in their daily activities.
Create and implement a sales strategy that maximizes sales.
Generating leads from online platforms and other various sources.
Always seek to innovate methods for lead generation.
Always give importance to customer relation and ensure best customer service while counselling and following up leads.
Coordinate with Team Lead to conduct weekly workshops at the center to increase walkins

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the academic or education sector.
Strong understanding of the education industry, its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
