Key Accountabilities

Monitoring the uploading of workmen attendance across the project sites in Regions
Identify training needs of workmen from projects
Monitoring and maintaining the data base for the following activities
Facilitate Subcontractors Meeting
Coordinate with site management to ensure the following are carried out as per schedule
Attendance
Engagement (5S implementation)
Motivation
Retention
Training of workmen
Workmen welfare
Workmen and subcontractor Performance Evaluation
Preparing and sending monthly MIS reports to HQ
Undertaking regular project visits
Network with other HRW functions if any assigned from time to time
Preparing annual budget for his functions and getting approval from management

Monitor and ensure expenditures within the allocated budget

Experience: 5 to 18 years of experience in construction
