Key Responsibilities:


Employer Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partner companies.

New Business Development:


  • Identify and approach potential employers, showcasing the benefits of hiring PwDs.
  • Expand our network of inclusive employers through active acquisition efforts.

Data Management:


  • Regularly update and manage the database of available job opportunities.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure all placement processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports on placement activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate relationship management, HR, or placement services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and job market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work from the office.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
