Job Title:
Sales Executive - Paint Industry
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the paint industry, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors
:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support
:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
:

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
:

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
:
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or coatings industry
:
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
:
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
:
-
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
:
-
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and promotional strategies
:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.

₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
