Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork Responsibilities:
- Brand Promotion through Social Media, Like Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp Business etc.
- Customer service assistance.
- Day to day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Accounts payable and receivable, Salary Disbursements, Maintaining Stock Register.
- Logistics support.
- HR & Administration support
- Follow up on Call backs with clients /doctors
- Responding to Clients / Vendors' /office staff to calls on a daily basis.
- Managing records of office expenses and costs, Preparing invoice
company database depend on requirement
- Prior experience in beauty /cosmetology /medi spa/pharma /medical would help in understanding
- Knowledge of MS office, working knowledge of Power Point & Excel and procedures.
- Good command over English language
- should be willing to assist in presentations, promotional activity etc.
- should be able to handle pressure.
- should be capable of handling vendors, clients, payment receivables / payable etc
- Should be fluent in Spoken & Written in English must along other Languages.
- Should be able work in office in south Bangalore Bannerghatta road, Kodichikkanahalli
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
