Job Title - PMO Associate

Location - Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

Support with management of milestones, and RAIDs, making updates to JIRA where required
Support with producing governance materials and packs, ensuring templates/formats are consistent and coordinating input with workstream PMs

- dbClarity management including pulling datacore reports for financials and tracking ExCo milestones

Support with minutes and tracking actions from governance forums, following up with owners for progress updates and statuses
Day to day team admin such as JIRA and Confluence set up and SharePoint management

Your skills and experience

Organised, efficient and able to meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to change
Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Strength in working both independently and part of a big team
