Experience:
- Minimum 3 years
Education:
- Any Bachelor's degree with
GOOD COMMUNICATION - Knowledge of computer programs and software (Microsoft Office)
- Make reliability a priority by ensuring that you are always available to help people.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Oversee daytoday office operations
- Scheduling appointments,Maintaining records and accounts of customers, Processing payments.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, Handle inquiries and complaints.
- Order reception supplies and also record and track office expenses.
- Coordinate internal and external events.
- Ensuring maintenance of the reception area.
