Responsibilities

:


  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    Researching prospects and generating leads.

  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customers
  • Give a brief about the product, Loan, features and benefits to the customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets

Requirements

:


  • Preferable experience in loan sales, Credit sales, field sales
  • Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English
  • Good convincing and understanding ability
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problemsolving skills

Salary

:

₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
