Roles & Responsibilities:
- Company Incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc)
- Annual Returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc)
- Maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc)
- Share Transfer, Issue of Shares, etc
- Planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc
- RBI Compliances FLA, FCGPR, etc
- Drafting Contracts and Agreements
