We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in a marketing agency
  • Gather client requirements and brief internal teams for project execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations
  • Understand client goals and provide strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns
  • Communicate progress, results, and insights to clients regularly
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Possess strong communication, project management, and customercentric skills

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
