We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team.As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients in a marketing agency
- Gather client requirements and brief internal teams for project execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations
- Understand client goals and provide strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns
- Communicate progress, results, and insights to clients regularly
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain client satisfaction
- Possess strong communication, project management, and customercentric skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
