- Resource should be well versed with the process of Service domain or Multi-Lingual Voice Campaigns
- Adaptive to the project environment & execute the tasks independently
- Quick learner with the ability to handle calls independently
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools

- Fluent in communications in English
- Fluent in communications in Hindi
- Good written communication skills
- Rotational shifts (
Morning, Evening, and Night ), rotational week offs (
Saturday and Sunday). - Must be willing to work from office (as the project team is already working from office)
- Working location
:Robert Bosch, Cyber Park, 3rd Cross Road, Electronic City, Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100. - Note : Good to have Power point and Excel knowledge just for the sake of documentation purpose, if needed.
