Customer Support Executive

  • Resource should be well versed with the process of Service domain or Multi-Lingual Voice Campaigns
  • Adaptive to the project environment & execute the tasks independently
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle calls independently
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • MS excel
  • Basic
  • Power point
  • Basic
  • Fluent in communications in English
  • Fluent in communications in Hindi
  • Good written communication skills
  • Rotational shifts (
    Morning, Evening, and Night ), rotational week offs (
    Saturday and Sunday).
  • Must be willing to work from office (as the project team is already working from office)
  • Working location
    :Robert Bosch, Cyber Park, 3rd Cross Road, Electronic City, Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100.
  • Note : Good to have Power point and Excel knowledge just for the sake of documentation purpose, if needed.
