Charms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), South Delhi, West Delhi, Mohali, Mumbai, Amritsar, Bathinda, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, Moga with ongoing expansion plans.

We are looking for Social Media & E-Marketing Coordinator for our office in Chandigarh.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for assisting with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic & engagement. We are looking for a Social Media Officer who can plan and execute campaigns across all social media channels. She should be a good content writer and should be able to develop content for the website
Responding to any mentions over social media platforms
Producing a consistent brand message across all social media channels
Creating and prompting company blogs
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a social media specialist
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channel
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
