We are an online store that focuses on creating contemporary, elegant and timeless furniture pieces that complement any modern living space.

Our team is comprised of talented and creative individuals who are passionate about what they do, and we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team.


Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Dtale Modern, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing furniture pieces.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Building and maintaining relationships with clients: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that they have an excellent customer experience.

You will also be expected to follow up with clients and maintain a strong client database.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets:

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying opportunities for growth, reaching out to potential clients, and closing sales deals.


Product knowledge and expertise:
You will be required to have a deep understanding of our products, as well as our design philosophy.

You will need to be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, and guide them through the process of selecting the right furniture pieces for their needs.


Customer service:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in interior design, furniture, decor, or architecture sales.
  • A passion for interiors, and a deep understanding of design concepts and styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and outgoing personality, with a gogetter attitude.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Business development: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
