Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Gurugram.
The Call Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilising strong interpersonal skills, providing customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy.
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in any field

Salary:
₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
