Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients throughout the home buying process, from property selection to closing.
  • Coordinate property viewings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to best advise clients.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and organize schedules effectively.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and zoning regulations.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Salary:

₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
