Position Title:
Graphic Designer (4-5 years' Experience)
Reporting To: Head - Digital Marketing Ops

Technical Competency:

Design Corporate Brochures, Fliers & Ebooks for a wide range of Products and Services
Design Logo's, Icons, and Infographics
Design Social Media Ads
Audio and Video Editing
Create Editable PDF and PPT presentations
Design Artwork based on Branding Guidelines
Create Elearning Apps and Posters
Be Proficient in 2d and 3d Animation
Be Proficient with Story board Artist, 2d concept designer, 2d portrait designer
Be Proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
Character Designing and Scripting in Flash

Professional Competency:

Understand requirements from the Team Manager and provide effective solutions
Have a strong Design background
Attend daily team meetings and provide valuable quality feedback and address any concerns
Ability to work independently and provide support to colleagues as required
Track individual and team progress and work on improvements
Be a Solid Team Player and a Global Player
Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Adapt to change with ease

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications
BA (Hons)

Graphic Design, BSC in Graphic, Advertising & Digital Design, BA Graphic Design and Visual Communication, BA (Hons) Graphic Design:
Advertising & Branding, BDes Graphic Design, Diploma in Graphic Design, Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and equivalent.

Standalone Certifications in Adobe CS5, Autodesk 3ds Max, CIW Web Design would be an added advantage. Please note education can be replaced with comparable SEO and Digital Marketing experience.
Knowledge in Website Design (HTML, WordPress).

Experience in Tools

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF), Adobe Sound Forge, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Lightroom, 3D Maya, 3D Max, Power Point, Lucidpress, Animaker, Prezi, Crossware Signature, Canva, Mailchimp.
