Description

  • Experience of e-commerce and websites like Shopify and Shiprocket.

Responsibilities:

2) Understanding the business and products we offer and taking utmost care of representing the business to clients.

3) Handling queries of different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc

4) Taking care and co-ordinating with courier companies for getting shipments delivered on time

  • Creative thinking skills
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Provide technical support on products to customers
  • Answer and communicate via the phone with professionalism

Pay:
₹9, ₹31,362.92 per month
