Description
Design and Development:
The tool designer should be responsible for the design and development of new tools, jigs, and fixtures based on the specifications and requirements provided by the engineering team.
Cost Optimization:
The tool designer should constantly look for ways to optimize the tool design process to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
Quality Control:
The tool designer should be responsible for ensuring that the tools produced are of high quality and meet the specifications and tolerances outlined in the blueprint.
Innovation:
The tool designer should be knowledgeable about the latest technologies and trends in the tool design industry and should be able to incorporate innovative solutions into their designs.
Collaboration:
The tool designer should be able to effectively collaborate with other team members, including engineers, machinists, and VMC programmers, to ensure that the tools designed meet the desired specifications and are delivered on time.
Documentation:
The tool designer should maintain detailed records of the tool design process, including design specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
Safety and Compliance:
The tool designer should be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the tools are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Fixed shift
