Description
Chat services are provided via WhatsApp chat.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our visitors/ customers via whatsapp chat to help find the details they are enquiring about and resolve the issues being faced.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information,
- Access the company's internal system and enter the customer information to send it to respective team members.
Job Requirements:
Graduate - Any degree of Any Streams
- 1 to 2 years of customer service (nonvoice)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service chat.
- Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts and Rotational week off'
