About the Company:

BHIVE Alts is a fast-growing Fintech Investment platform looking to leverage technology to make investments in Commercial Real Estate and other Alternative Asset Classes accessible to retail investors and create a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities.

The company is looking to scale up over the next few years, having been backed by great strategic investors.


Role Summary:

The Associate would be the first point of contact for all sales and sales support activities at BHIVE.

They would be an integral part of the Sales Team and would focus on providing all key details to the client on the first call and seasonal follow-ups.

"First Impression Is The Best" and with that in mind, you would need to focus on positioning BHIVE as the Best investment option with utmost conviction.

Prior startup experience and a good understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem are considered added bonuses.


Key Deliverables:


  • Manage and handle all allocated client deals and ensure work towards achieving optimum closures with apt turnaround time
  • HNI & Retail B2C sales
  • Be the first point of contact for customers for BHIVE Alts and ensure the USPs of BHIVE Alts Financial products are clearly communicated to the customers
  • Provide accurate information to customers on call/chats and ensure all details are captured completely and documented correctly
  • Manage the sales CRM and prepare required reports and analytics
  • Collaborate with the Presales and CRM teams to ensure that accurate updates of leads in the CRM
  • Ownership of all the client deals that are allocated to you
  • Responsible for coordination, followups on customer show around and property visits
  • Flexibility on timings is expected as you are in a customeroriented profile
