Manage restaurant day-to-day operations within the budgeted guidelines

  • Responsible for the revenue achievement of the restaurant time to time
  • Manage restaurant daytoday operations within the budgeted guidelines
  • To oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage, monitor service staff
  • Ensure good internal and external customer service
  • Responsible for the cost control initiatives time to time
  • Responsible for the kitchen operations, stock, billing, daily usage and amenities
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Ensure availability of manpower for uninterrupted operations and escalate gaps
  • Responsible for the kitchen operations, stock, billing, daily usage and amenities

Salary:
From ₹28,000.00 per month
