Job Description:


  • Pre-Requisites
  • Proven work experience as FC/CFO (Exposure in the Real Estate, Construction & Contracting sector will be an added advantage).
  • Indepth Knowledge in Corporate finance and accounting principles, laws & practices, and direct & indirect taxation.
  • Have the basic awareness & knowledge on Company's Law & related policies and Banking practices.
  • Proficient in the use/implementation of financial management software's like ERP.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Good in decision making.
  • Good communication & manmanagement skills.
  • Roles and Responsibility
  • To oversee all financial aspects of Business and drive the company Financial strategic requirements.
  • Oversee Direct/Indirect taxation, tax related matters under litigation and coordinate with the authorities, consultants, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with the Bankers and Financial Institutions and shall be responsible for effectively controlling & managing the overall banking facilities of the Company.
  • Will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.
  • Guide the company towards profitability and longterm success.
  • Have a grip on the Company's overall financial position and take corrective/preventive actions as & when required.
  • Oversee the IT & Company's Secretarial functions.
  • Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel including the Internal Audit function of the Company.
  • Develop/Implement the corporate fundraising strategies and manage relationships with Share Holders and Investors, as applicable.
  • Monitor Company's Business Plan/Budget.
  • Prepare timely reports on financial performance on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
  • Interpret financial information for managerial staff while recommending further course of actions.
  • Liaise with the Statutory Auditors and ensure Compliance to financial laws, policies & guidelines.
  • Report to the CEO and interface with the authorized functions within the Group and the Board of Directors, as required.
