    Sr. Cloud Administrator - Cloud Network

    Locations:
    - Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

    What You'll Do

    • Responsible for overseeing technical requirements of Cloud Network & Datacenter operations, reviewing ongoing operations, and rectifying issues.
    • Manage technical escalations, technical trainings, and ensure smooth operations.
    • Organize teams, distribute work, monitor progress, ensure quality assurance and performance in a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Manage Cloud network solutions, Network components & Network connectivity to meet connectivity requirements of Teradata customers.
    • Operate and support 24x7 AWS environments for multiple customers.
    • Ensure network performance, availability, and define network policies and procedures.
    • Perform a wide range of cloud administration duties on core infrastructure, application, troubleshooting, security, data protection, and optimization.
    • Work directly with customers to ensure stable network performance and good throughput.

    Who You'll Work With

    • Managed Cloud Network team is responsible for Teradata Cloud Customers Network, managing network infrastructure & components.
    • Responsible for Public Cloud, Private Cloud & Teradata datacenter operations.
    • Reports directly to Cloud Ops Manager.

    What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

    • 2-4 years of hands-on cloud networking and troubleshooting experience.
    • Should have CCNA & one Cloud Associate level certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).
    • Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP Suite & network troubleshooting skills.
    • Knowledge of basic cloud networking and various networking technologies.
    • Experience in Cloud Network connectivity technologies.
    • Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing delivery models.

    • Experience in Support/Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) team.
    • Knowledge of various Cloud technologies.
    • Experience in deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

    • Strong understanding of IT production environments.
