Responsibilities**:


  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and productrelated questions effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features and ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma; additional education is a plus.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs with patience.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes.
