Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and productrelated questions effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features and ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs with patience.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes.
