Apart from direct institutional sales and exports, our scalable lease-back business model assures high returns to investors, by enabling high asset utilization, seamless operations, and greater outreach through shared mobility and commercial delivery logistics.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Work directly with founders and c0founders and assist on priorities for the leader by identifying areas that need focus.
Help with reviews, synthesizing metrics and initiatives to support company priority setting.
Prepare agenda, take notes and assign action items.
Spearhead special projects and support with organization wide initiative planning and execution
Should be a single point of contact for Investors' and Stakeholders' communication and query Management.
Proactive advance planning for all management committee meetings and Board meetings (including preparation/editing of presentation where required).
Understand the priorities, and have a knack for what's going around so that you can be strategic about how to manage things
Collaborate with teams across the company to drive massive impact goals.
Collaborate on business roadmap, growth, strategy and business analysis.

Requirements of the role:

Undergraduate degree in Management OR any degree from a Premier Institute with 13 years in a business or executive management/consulting roles, organizing and directing multiple teams and departments in a Startup.
Hustle, desire, and a getitdone attitude; strong comfort with a growthstage startup environment
Highlevel proficiency in MS Office.
Good listener as well as good translator
Strong problemsolving ability, analytical and operational design mindset.

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
