1. Need to Attend, screen and for word all call from reception.- Bus and canteen management
- Housekeeping management (manpower and material purchasing both)
- Travel and hotel booking management.
- All admin activities
- Assistance to Directors in arranging meetings and travel etc.
- Office Assistant.
- Guest house management
- Company cab management.
- Tea coffee machine and pantry items and equipment management
- Co ordinate with admin and IT supplier
- Office stationary and IT related all work.
- Asset management.
- Event management.
- Co ordinate with HR department if required.
- Assistance in safety management.
