Role SummaryManages the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services for computer hardware or networked systems to internal customers. Identifies, prioritizes and resolves reported problems utilizing internal employees or outsourced service providers.
Specializes in providing technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
Ensures that installations, software, hardware, operating systems and configuration issues are properly addressed, monitored and resolved.Key Responsibilities
