Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Offer skincare advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our skincare product line and stay updated on new releases.
  • Process returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to address customer issues and feedback.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide input to enhance customer support processes and procedures.
  • Uphold a positive and professional image of the skincare brand through excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with skincare products and ingredients is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
