Job roles and responsibilities

  • Supervising Moulding Operations and ensuring the production of cast iron and SG iron components through the moulding process are processed as per planned
*Lead and supervise a team of moulding Operators, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient production

  • Ensuring the Quality Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that castings meet dimensional accuracy, surface finish requirements, and material specifications according to customer standards.
  • Ensuring material Handling by the preparation and maintenance of moulding materials, including sand, binders, additives, and gating systems, to ensure optimal casting quality and consistency.
*Ensuring work zone safety to create a safe working environment for all personnel by monitoring PPE are weared in the work zone area and safe material handling to avoid accident at work zone

  • Maintain records of moulding activities such as production output, material consumption

Job Types:

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
