Description
Provide customer service to passengers who are booking flights

  • Answer customer queries regarding flight availability and details
  • Assist customers with selecting flights, airlines and destinations
  • Issuance of tickets for passengers booking directly through Qantas Reservation
  • Make changes to existing reservations & reissuance of tickets
  • Processing refunds for cancelled tickets
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Handling Group queries and liaising with Head office for confirmations

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
