Job Description/ Roles and Responsibilties:
- Buffer stocks and Buffers preparation as per SOP.
- QC testing and maintaining stocks of primers, probes, enzymes, buffers required for PCR.
- Performing PCR as QC
- Experience in PCR.
- PCR master mix preparation Truenat and Truemix products as per SOP
- Hands on with Pipetting.
- Should be able to do basic calculations of concentration and do dilutions molar, mM, nM, pM.
- Should have Knowledge of Freeze drying (Lyophilization)
- To make Truenat and Truemix products as per SOP.
- Maintaining Inventory for all stocks/Incoming materials
- PCR components, enzymes, oligos, Buffer chemicals.
- Good documentation practice
- Maintaining record of all the stock preparations, QC testing and any new experiments.
- Good communication, Team player and coordination with other team members.
- Troubleshooting and self driven to finish the tasks and find solutions.
