Job description

Primary Responsibility:

Handling all key corporate finance activities, largely includes continuous interactions with Bank /AMC, Internal team and maintain various MIS / reports related to corporate finance functions

MIS

Gather information from external and internal parties and maintain various MIS for the function head
Real time updating of MIS on a continuous basis

Communicating with Financial Institutions / Banks

Addressing queries of banks / financial institution
Gathering information from banks / financial institution within given time frame
Complete end to end activities related to transactional banking

Other key activities:

Financial analysis report
Updating corporate presentation on periodic basis
Prepare presentation on need based basis
Good understanding of financial statement and basic accounting
Experience with Advanced Microsoft Office, expert in excel
02 years of experience with excellent Communication Skills, Conceptual & Analytical Skills, good understanding of financial statements.
Street smart attitude, with problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking.
Preferred to have Stock broking understanding
