Responsibilities and Duties

Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales Managers, Product Managers, resolve customer issues.
You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
Should have a strong understanding of social networking and social media
Should be able to coordinate and implement social media interactions with responsibilities that include creating brand awareness online
