BE/B.Tech in with 3+ Years of Experience
Weekly Bid Alerts to Senior Management; Fortnightly Tracker on Bid Status to Senior Management
Prepare tender summary
Prepare formats of the documents such as Price format, BG, Supply Records, Project summary etc. in line with the tender requirements
Regular update of matrix prepared for document required from proposed OEM/vendor and circulate it to all stake holders
Cross checking of the documents (internal as well as external) ensuring no deviation from customer's requirement
