Full Job Description

  • Counseling the prospects about Colleges / Universities and the courses offered
  • Should have minimum 13 years of experience in Visa Counseling.
  • Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the clients, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of followup actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions.
  • Advise and guide on different stages
  • Give clear and accurate information based on the immigration policies and visa laws
  • Proactively respond to client queries and adhering to the company's policy.
  • Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Relocate before starting work (required)
