SMO is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve market efforts and increase sales.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development team
  • Monitor SEO and user and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Must be a graduate having an experience of 36 years as SMO or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Quora and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SMO and web traffic metrics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPI's.

Salary:
Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
