Service notification, orders, contracts, resourcerelated billing, scheduling maintenance activities, warranties,
Knowledge in Sales & Distribution related to
Quotation, contracts, Orders, Scheduling agreements, Rebates, Pricing, returns, credit management, back order processing, advance ATP, batch management, serial number management, handling unit management
Also, integration knowledge in Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Finance, and Costing / controlling.
Master data knowledge in both SD and CS
Good communication skills
