Generating sales leads and passing the lead to the sales team- Resolving customer queries
- Maintaining contract renewal records
- Managing customer relationships
- Managing client feedback and comments
- Communicating client requirements to the operations department
- Arranging for vehicle pickup and dropoff to the workstation
- Assisting in organizing client promotional events
