  • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning styles.
  • Patience and empathy towards students' learning challenges.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in English or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct Spoken English training sessions for students.
  • Plan and prepare training materials and curriculum.
  • Assess the English language proficiency of students and provide feedback.
  • Create a learnercentered and engaging environment to enhance spoken English skills.
  • Encourage and motivate students to practice their English language skills.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of each student and provide individualized attention and support.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the training.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Salary:
₹7, ₹9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tarn Taran, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
