We, at Mundhra Masterbatch, have been supplying the plastics processing industry with colour masterbatches, additive masterbatches and combination masterbatches for almost 7 decades.

We are looking for sales coordinator for our Corporate office, Situated at Pitampura.

And, Below are the responsibility of sales coordinator
- *Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.

  • Coordinating
    sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Responsible for Coordinating salesrelated details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc
  • To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff
  • Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records
  • Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & coordinate with the client in case of any query.
  • Knowledge to make Eway bill.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after
    sales support when requested.
  • Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Should have end to end coordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.

Key Skills

  • Graduate possessing good knowledge of MS
  • Office.
Tally & CRM

  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.

Experience- 2-5 year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry.


Pay:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
