Responsibilities:

Work with the Partner Programs and Lifecycle operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal/external stakeholder enquiries and escalate to management as appropriate. Process all transactions and enquiries with defined KPIs Quality, CSAT and SLAs.
Review and Process Not For Resale, Internal Used Licenses, Support Codes and Evaluation licenses.
Update and maintain partner information related to partner programs, trainings and certifications in PRM tool.
Validate new Partner enrollment forms and program payments based on defined program guidelines.

Requirement:

3+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations. Strong MS Excel skills. Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance.
Extremely good verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and proven attention to detail.
Ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers.
Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility. A selfstarter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with mínimal direction. Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements.
