Job Description:

WW GTM Shared Services

No BE Grads

Required 2 yrs exp in OM Comms should be excellent

  • 15days to Immediate

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Partner Programs and Lifecycle operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal/external stakeholder enquiries and escalate to management as appropriate. Process all transactions and enquiries with defined KPIs Quality, CSAT and SLAs.
  • Review and Process Not For Resale, Internal Used Licenses, Support Codes and Evaluation licenses.
  • Update and maintain partner information related to partner programs, trainings and certifications in PRM tool.
  • Validate new Partner enrollment forms and program payments based on defined program guidelines.

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations. Strong MS Excel skills. Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance.
  • Extremely good verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and proven attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility. A selfstarter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with mínimal direction. Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements.
