- New Product & Compound Development
- Value Engineering to increase profit.
- Establishment of Process flow and Control parameters for New Products
- Analyzing & Solving Customer Complaints
- Update Technical knowledge
- Ensure Availability of Resources
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Input collection for formulation and process
- Formulation design
- Co ordination with suppliers
- Testing of the formulation & improvement feedback
- Manufacturing Review
- Concept, Proto & Pilot Batch clarifications to NPD Teams
- Co ordination to Mfg for Prototype / pilot batch of polymer components
- Performance Review
- Coordinate to redesign & Update and release of Drawings for pilot batch/ Regularization
- Updation of knowledge in respective fields by visiting Mills/ seminar/ libraries
- Planning and acquiring hardware, software & instruments
- Analysis of Customer complaint
- Process study and improvement
- Machinery / Lab Maintenance
- Creating technical documents (need document, specification deployment, reports and presentations)
- Creation of Book of knowledge
