Role:
Digital Marketing Executive


Role Definition:

Role will be to plan and manage digital marketing strategies that promote company's brand, products, and services. Also, to take care of campaigns, metrics, trends and generate leads supporting Sales team to achieve revenue targets.


Role Deliverable:


  • Execute the digital marketing strategy
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns through online campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve websites traffic, create landing pages and optimise the user experience through our websites
  • Planning SEO activities to improve websites organic rankings using onpage and off page techniques
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis, across all channels, to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  • Execute the social media organic strategy by creating relevant assets and coordinating deployment schedule
  • Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies
  • Coordinate with external agencies (Media/creative) on day to day basis
  • Work on the event specific tools for example to create campaigns and social media sharing links for different stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets / deliverables
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
  • Execute google paid campaigns and work on the analytics.
  • Manage the company website and ensuring the website is up and up to date.

Tasks & activities:


Online Reputation Management

  • Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence/ORM

Organic & Paid Campaigns, reports & analytics

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure - A/B tests
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums

Website and Social Media Handling

  • End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Create short videos
  • Use various online tools
  • Should be able to design and manage websites - WordPress.
  • Generate leads and business revenue through digital activities

Third party Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing agency to plan Monthly/Quarterly/Annual marketing plan
  • Coordinate with Creative agency to design and develop creatives for various activities/campaigns
  • Follow-up with agencies on bills and ensure timely submission and payment.
