  • Calling customers for various service related campaigns for Credit Card product
  • End to end resolution of complaints raised by customers
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues
**Job Description

  • Graduate
  • Atleast 612 months' experience with vinatge in customer service role
  • Understanding of call center industry an advantage

  • Flair for Customer Service
  • Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Empathy towards customer.
  • Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive cando attitude & works with integrity
