WHO YOU ARE


You are experienced software or telecom engineer and passionate about business and sales and have the ambition to learn by working.

You start working with the senior global sales team,, providing them sales support and responsible for lead generation, The position is at our CoE

Bangaluru.

The role would also involve participating in prospects' customer meetings/discussions and being a part of the sales cycle to provide support where necessary and for training purposes.


This would also involve working closely with the technical engineering teams for training purposes and coordinating clarifications to customers' technical queries.

Over time, you will be independently interacting with prospects and clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and qualify leads
- scheduling meetings,

  • Taking Meeting Notes and publishing summary,
- managing client follow-ups and,
- activating dormant leads.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date
  • Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct market, product and customer research when required and identify selling possibilities
  • Focusing on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets
  • Manage existing customer relationships in tandem with the senior client executives
  • Write compelling content related to customers and Excelfore

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 13 years of industry experience in EE Architecture design or Electrical Engineering architecture roles.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in defining and designing embedded networked computer systems including definition of system topologies, components, and interfaces.
  • Experience in

Network Communication Design:
CAN, CAN-FD and LIN in-vehicle protocols.

  • Strong systems thinker.
  • Fluency in English is required, any other European language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, independent and creative thinking
  • Ability to appeal to be used in sales presentations
  • Fast Learner and Selfmotivated and passionate about sales and marketing activities
- high EQ skills, customer-focused working style.

  • Interested to learn more and proactively reach out for any support required
  • Strong organisational skills in managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work accurately and autonomously
  • Proficient in the English language is a mandatory requirement; any other language is a plus
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of knowledge.
  • Experience implementing Automotive Ethernet based communication protocols: Audio
Video Bridging (AVB); Time Sensitive Networking (TSN); Service Oriented approach
(SOME/IP); TCP/UDP; MQTT.

  • Good knowledge on offboard communication protocols (WiFi, 4G/5G, V2X connectivity).
  • Designed EE platforms or components for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
  • Experience using networking tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, PREEvision.

SUPPORT FROM EXCELFORE

  • The selected individual will receive formal training (technology and sales) on
Excelfore's products. AVB/TSN, eSync OTA SW Update and eDatX Data Aggregation

Solution.

  • He/She will be provided with a sales deck and product details
  • He/She will be given a set of customers list/sales pipelines to start with
  • Support from other sales and engineering teams from time to time

Pay:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
