Roles and Responsibility
JD for Backend

Responsibilities:

Technical Design, Implementation and Deployment Support.
Perform development and unit testing, working closely with business.
Mentor and oversee the development of fellow developers.
Creating low level designs based on the HLD solutions.
Perform code reviews and adhere to standard coding practices.
Contribute to all the phases of development life cycle.
Working on prototypes and suggesting multiple solutions based on findings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree or better in CS or related field, with 78 years? experience in software development, including creating/maintaining highly scalable and resilient systems.
Should have hands on experience in Java
Exposure to best practices in Microservice design and development.
Good experience in development using springboot.
Strong experience in using Kafka and building highvolume, scalable solutions.
Knowledge of NOSQL, Aerospike and Redis.
Should have very good understanding of Design patterns, Asnyc Programming paradigm and algotrithms.
Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, troubleshooting skills.
Experience using Docker, AWS/ GCP/PCF is a good to have.
