Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or services
- Answer questions about the products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Maintain and update customer database
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully converting leads into conversion preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Command over language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghatkopar, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Inventory control: 3 years (required)
- Vendor management: 3 years (required)
