Responsibilities:


Network Expansion:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to understand network expansion targets and objectives.
  • Identify potential onground agents through lead calling
  • Reach out to potential onground agents through outbound calls and other communication channels.
  • Explain the benefits of joining our network and address any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Persuasively communicate the value proposition to potential agents to encourage their participation.

Task Execution:

  • Coordinate with onground agents to assign and delegate tasks as per the projects.
  • Provide clear instructions and ensure that tasks are understood and executed accurately.
  • Regularly follow up with agents to monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Resolve any issues or obstacles faced by agents in task execution by liaising with relevant teams.

Requirements:


  • 13 years of experience in a telecalling or sales profile, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage potential agents effectively.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets or similar goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other salesrelated software.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel onground for agent interactions.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
