Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions
  • Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide product and service knowledge to customers
  • Upsell and crosssell products and services where appropriate
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of [Number] years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a CRM system a plus
