Description
Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.

  • Assist with Banquet plateups.
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff with the various task as needed. Provide cooks with needed items.
  • Support banquet and buffet by transporting and ensuring adequate stock. Return cleaned items to proper locations.
  • Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the staff cafeteria. Ensure that the plates and cutlery are sufficient during mealtime.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations potscrubbing station.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Responsible for administration and the disposal of the waste
  • Responsible for the maintenance and the cleanliness of all F&B service and kitchen equipment
  • Responsible for guiding the staff in the performance of their jobs following Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving financial goals, by minimizing costs without compromise on hygiene.
  • Responsible for implementing the Policies and Procedures in operating the Stewarding Department
  • Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating equipment and cleaning supplies for the operation.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
